Blushing is largely an anxiety problem and avoiding some food can help to reduce facial blushing.
Some foods can help decrease anxiety levels. bellow I put together a little list that could be handy.
If you use this information along with the information in my cure story then I’m sure it will dramatically reduce your chances of blushing an hopefully cure it.

Refined grains and refined bread
Excessive chocolate consumption
These ones can help to lower your chances of blushing:
Whole Grain Food
Pure dark chocolate without milk or sugars
